The story of ECCS begins with a singular, unwavering mission: to drive massive, world-changing impact. As a child, Aleiôn didn't know what she wanted to do when she grew up, but she knew she was going to help people, make a difference, and give back. For a long time, that mission remained a feeling rather than a plan.

While initially pursuing an accounting degree, Aleiôn realized that a safe career focusing strictly on numbers, failed to satisfy the drive to create real human impact. This gap became undeniable during a formative internship in Chicago, where Aleiôn witnessed a mother balancing three jobs while struggling to afford basic necessities for her children. That experience was a catalyst; it shifted the focus from passive observation to active, meaningful intervention.

Aleiôn shared her experience with her college academic advisor, explaining that she wanted to be the change she wanted to see and make a difference where it matters. Her advisor recognized the duality in Aleiôn: the heart of an advocate and the mind of a strategist. She pointed her toward a Human Resources course that was taking place the next day. On the very first day of the Intro to Human Resources Principles class, Aleiôn found her niche and calling, and changed her major right after class was out.

The Evolution of ECCS

By 2018, that foundation translated into direct action. Aleiôn reconnected with the family from that early internship, providing the professional development and career strategy needed to transform their trajectory. This success sparked a wider movement, as Aleiôn began leveraging deep expertise in HR functions to mentor students, career transitioners, and fellow colleagues.

The year 2020 served as a defining turning point. As Aleiôn’s professional career progressed rapidly through progressive leadership roles, so did the scope of this impact. Between 2020 and 2026, the work expanded beyond individual career support and her corporate experience, to provide critical operational strategy for small businesses—stabilizing foundations, navigating complex transitions, and leading expansions & grand opening operations for multi-location organizations. Throughout this period, it became clear that the core challenge for both individuals and businesses was the same: they lacked a clear, actionable bridge between their current state and their intended future. 

ECCS, LLC: A New Standard

In March 2026, Aleiôn Simpson formalized this mission by launching Elevation Career & Consulting Services (ECCS), LLC.

Today, under the leadership of its Founder & CEO, ECCS operates as an anti-consultancy. By rejecting the drawn-out, hollow routines and jargon-heavy "coaching" prevalent in the industry, ECCS offers a developmental transformation. Through the intentional application of professional wisdom and operational expertise, the firm translates raw ambition into executable blueprints,

ensuring clients achieve long-term, sustainable value.
